St. Paul's Church Federal Point
St. Paul's Episcopal Church at Federal Point warmly invites you to our Open House event at the newly redecorated Atkinson House. For nearly 30 years, this site has been dedicated to Christian education, and we are excited to share its beauty and tranquility with our community.
Built in 1926 by local farmer Ralph Atkinson as a wedding gift for his bride, Virginia Fant Atkinson, this charming home is rich with history and grace. Nestled next to our church and offering views of the serene St. Johns River, the Atkinson House is a perfect setting for quiet retreats and reflective gatherings.
We welcome you to tour the house and grounds at Stanton Landing and consider it as a peaceful retreat for your church family.
St. Paul’s is a rural parish located between St. Augustine and Palatka, FL. We are just outside of Hastings on the St. Johns River. If you are looking for a small, family-friendly parish, you have found it!
Our sanctuary is always open for you to drop by and spend time inside or on the grounds. We are located directly on the St. Johns River and on a spur of the Bartram Trail. We have outdoor facilities including primitive camping and a pavilion with picnic tables. Our pavilion is a great place for bikers to rest and refuel. In addition, there is dock access to the river and a soft landing for the launching of canoes and kayaks.
Please join us for Sunday Eucharist at 9:00 a.m. followed by coffee hour and Sunday School. On the first Sunday of each month, we have a country breakfast beginning at 8:00 a.m. All are welcome!
