Father Joe has been rector of St. Paul's since March 2022 when he came to the Diocese of Florida from Bristol, Virginia. He grew up in Camilla, Georgia and holds degrees from Berry College, Candler School of Theology at Emory University, and the Advance Degree Program at the School of Theology, Sewanee: The University of the South, as well as a residence in Clinical Pastoral Education at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. Father Joe served as a military chaplain and as a clinical chaplain in addition to parishes in Georgia and Virginia.
